About Us

Creativity for Everyone

Toxteth TV is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, run by its tenants. Since 2002, we've been supporting creativity across the North West, providing a home for community organisations, creative businesses, and cultural projects.

Our buildings on Windsor Street and Upper Hill Street house a professional TV studio, meeting rooms, and flexible workspaces — all available for community groups, creatives, and organisations looking to make, connect, and grow.

We provide affordable space for creative, cultural, and community organisations — keeping the building active, accessible, and rooted in Toxteth.
